Do I need to download something to watch? Technical Requirements/Tips

You don't need to download anything to watch the event, the event runs on your internet browser, ideally Google Chrome which is the best for the Hopin event. Make sure your browser is fully up to date. Safari and IE are not fully supported as they lack the support needed for live video events. We do not guarantee that Hopin will work on your mobile phone. *Note: requires recent versions of Chrome and Firefox, and Safari 11 or greater. Also, your mobile phone is likely not powerful enough for Hopin, the best is using your home laptop Another tip: make sure to close all other tabs in your browser for optimal experience!

What happens if I have questions or need to troubleshoot during the event?

We have a Help Desk in the Sessions area where you can go to speak with one of our team if you have any technical issues. Our whole team will also be floating around the event in all areas. If you need to reach one of our team members, simply type a message in the Events chatbox and someone with "DTC" in their name will get back to you right away. Alternatively you can private message us by searching for “DTC” and messaging one of us.

Can I watch the talks happening in timezones other than my own?

Of course! This is the beauty of the 24-hour event-you don't need any special permissions or admission to view the talks which are available at the time you are viewing the event. You may just need to stay up late or be up very early to watch talks in the other time-zones! Remember, you also have the option to re-watch talks you missed with video on demand for 14 days after the broadcast.

What are the ways I can connect with other attendees?
