Montessori Educator and Trainer

陈晨,于香港中文大学语言学系硕士毕业。从事教育工作十几年,

在多所国际学校中任教,特别是在语言教学方面,曾教授过成人和

不同年龄层的儿童,积累了丰富的教学经验。之后,她在美国加州

圣地亚哥的AMI蒙特梭利学院接受了3-6岁的主教培训,毕业后留在

美国任教。2018年她加入了Guidepost,并成为Guidepost纽约上

西校区的儿童之家的主教老师。现在除了教学,她还积极地投入到

教师培训的项目中,希望以自己的经验和所学帮助更多的老师和家

庭了解蒙特梭利,学习儿童教育。

Chen Chen holds a M.A. Degree in Linguistics from the Chinese

University of Hong Kong. She has been teaching in international

schools in Hong Kong for many years before she received her

AMI Primary diploma from MISD (The Montessori Institute of San

Diego). After training she started working as a lead guide at a

Montessori school in southern California until she joined Higher

Ground family in 2018. Besides leading a Mandarin Immersion

classroom for 3 to 6 year old at one of Guidepost schools in New

York, she is also heavily involved with the teacher training

team. She loves education and culture. With her experience and

expertise, she hopes to help more people get to know Montessori

and child education.
